Love has always been out of question. Oftentimes, it is an asymptomatic phenomenon of the heart. It gives no warning when it already hits the heart. And when it does, it wiled just yield that crippling but never disabling feelings.

Love is also a very subjective emotion. One can’t tell when the heart is already falling in love. It is a mixed bizarre sensation of tenderness, care, passion, romance, and friendship. Sometimes, it is idiopathic. It has no cause and its etiology is very confusing.
Glance, fate, smiles, hates, destiny, humor, sweetness, pushiness, perseverance, songs, letters, bears, chocolates, balloons, dates, coincidence, beauty, accidental incidents, lust, sex, desire, bets, schemes, concern, and simple attraction can be all associated to falling in love.
Above dynamics progresses to the intense and powerful thrashing of the heart and having butterflies in the stomach making the knees feeble and the mind vulnerable. It has a nauseating effect. It starts to make the heads in pain, boggling, and dazzled. The heart drizzled with restlessness, irritability and with increase nervousness. As the agitation intensifies, it let looses a flash-flush, warm redness of the cheeks, cold-clammy, chilling sweats and the exhilarating sense shivering down the spine creating a goose bumps.
Love has the holistic effect affecting all body system. Once the heart is in love, memory becomes impaired and disturbed, judgment is poor, moods become unstable, concentration is low and distraction with clumsiness is born.
A heart in love can be so irrational, illogical and very much clueless. It does some pretty odd things. It goes insane and crazy. It is a bit terrifying but definitely, thrilling.
One in love becomes disoriented and always day-dreaming. Heart turn out to be frenzied, euphoric and mystifying all at the same time. It is always in denial because of bewilderments and frustrations. It befalls to delusion with tangential thinking, ambivalence, perseveration and jut pure imagination.
Love is also a complicated feeling. When the attack happens to be sinewy, difficulty in breathing and sleeplessness occurs. There will be depression, disintegration of personality, anorexia, weight loss, increase lacrimation, fatigue, emotional stress, numbness and weakness which later on develops into paralysis of the heart. Sometimes, dementia and distress in late stage.
Affect is flat-blunt and masklike. Posture becomes stooped. Speech is monotone. Attitude becomes impulsive and demanding.
All are connected to pain and betrayal which is contraindicated to a heart strongly in love. But, all are never been life-threatening though, somehow, maddening. It is all part of the falling in love process.
Love is always of good prognosis. It starts with a simple realization of attraction advancing to happiness and jumbled peculiar feelings. Sometimes, it goes through a lot of complications and trials. But once accurate interventions set in, most symptoms will be forever cured and few will be manageable.
Happiness, acceptance, open-mindedness, awareness, truth, honesty, care, loyalty, trust, faith and respect cure all the adverse and unwanted symptoms and complications of love. But, the ultimate remedy for love’s dizzying symptoms is also love. At the same time, it combats all the risk of falling in love such as, risk for ineffective coping, fatigue, anxiety, decrease self-esteem and ineffective role performance.
Yet, to confirm if it’s really love, kisses and hugs do wonders. Distance, fights, and petty misunderstandings ponder the heart in love. But most of all no can truly says, “I’M IN LOVE!” except the heart itself…THE HEART ALONE. One will just wake up one day and so in love.
Love, no matter how dizzying it is, is an addiction of every beating heart. And the best diagnosis of a heart in love is , “ ACTIVITY INTOLERANCE REALTED TO THE DIZZYING SYMPTOMS OF LOVE AS EVIDENCE BY MIXTURE OF BIZARRE FEELINGS UNDERTAKEN BY THE HEART IN LOVE.”
